This
page describes how the WebMaster handles information
that we learn about customers when customers visit the
Glacier Technologies LLC Web Site, or contact us by
mail, phone, or email. We collect the information under
the guidance of the Privacy Act of 1974 and other laws
we enforce or administer, and we maintain it
accordingly. Any personally identifying information you
provide is voluntary. We use it to fulfill a request you
make or to assist us in carrying out our mission; it may
be disclosed to others for such purposes.

visit our Web sites to browse, read, or download

We automatically collect and store: the name of the
domain and host from which you access the Internet; the
Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are
using; the browser software you use and your operating
system; the date and time you access our sites; and the
Internet address of the site from which you linked
directly to our sites.
We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data
to determine the number of visitors to different
sections of our sites, to ensure the sites are working
properly, and to help us make our sites more useful. We
do not use it to track or record information about
individuals. Generally, we delete this information after
one year.
We do not use persistent "cookies" or tracking
mechanisms that collect personally identifying
information on our sites. Our Web site uses session
cookies to anonymously collect a visitor’s IP address
and the date and time of the visit. Session cookies are
temporary files that are erased when you close all
browsers. We use these session cookies for site
management purposes. Accepting session cookies on our
Web site is voluntary; you may still use the site if you
decline cookies.

Use and Disclose Information

choose to provide personally identifying information to
us, we will use and disclose it as described in this
Privacy Policy. If you do not provide your name or other
identifying information, it may be impossible for us to
refer, respond to, or investigate your complaint or

redress administrators, who are subject to
confidentiality agreements.

our access and public record rules, we may be required

rights to get information about you or your company that

that you send us is not necessarily secure against
interception. Do not send Sensitive, Secret, or Top
Secret information via email..
If you have technical problems with the operation of our
Web sites, please report them to our Webmaster.
Our Web sites link to documents located on sites
maintained by other agencies and organizations. Once you
access another site, you are subject to the privacy
policy of that site.

Technologies web site which is provided as a
public service. The site is intended to be
used by the public for viewing and
retrieving information only.
- Information
presented on this site is considered public
information and may be distributed or
copied. Use of appropriate byline, photo,
or image credits is requested.
- For site
management, information is collected for
statistical purposes. This computer system
uses software programs to create summary
statistics, which are used for such purposes
as assessing what information is of most and
least interest, determining technical design
specifications, and identifying system
performance or problem areas.
- For site security
purposes and to ensure that this service
remains available to all users, this
computer system employs software programs to
monitor network traffic to identify
unauthorized attempts to upload or change
information, or otherwise cause damage.
- Except for
authorized law enforcement investigations,
no other attempts are made to identify
individual users or their usage habits. Raw
data logs are used for no other purposes and
are scheduled for regular destruction in
accordance with National Archives and
Records Administration General Schedule 20.
- Unauthorized
attempts to upload information or change
information on this service are strictly
prohibited and may be punishable under the
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the
National Information Infrastructure
Protection Act.
- We have gone to
great lengths to make this site accessible
