End User Support Center
Glacier Technologies/IBM currently utilizes a two person staff to man the VPN
Support for the USDA Forest Service. Their work titles are “EUSC Technical
Support Representatives” and their primary functions are to create and renew VPN
accounts for over 40,000 USDA Forest Service users annually. They are also
responsible for troubleshooting and reporting any problems that may arise with
the VPN support.
