Two Contracts Awarded

El Paso, Texas - Glacier Technologies, LLC announced today the award of two contracts.  The Fires Test Directorate contract is a five year $45 million contract to provide Test and Evaluation support to the US Army.  The USDA Forest Service contract is a 5 year $8.5 million contract to provide information technology support services.  Glacier has won a total of $100 million in contracts received since May 2009.  Our major contracts include the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, the Air Force Special Operations Command, the Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Glacier was founded in January of 2005 with 2 people as a provider of services to Federal government customers.  Glacier is focused on four major areas, Test and Evaluation, Range Operations, Information Technology, and call centers.  Glacier Technologies is headquartered in El Paso, Texas with offices in Colorado Spring, CO; Sierra Vista, AZ; Huntsville, AL; and San Antonio, TX.  With the addition of these new contracts Glacier will employ over 300 people in sixteen states.  One hundred jobs are located in El Paso with that number growing to nearly 200 by the end of 2010.
